The Public Council adjunct to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission is an advisory body that assists the activities of the Commission. The functions of the Council are:
- Assist the Commission in developing cooperation with stakeholders and representatives of organizations in the sphere of economic competition protection;
- To promote freedom of economic activity, free economic competition, ensuring an appropriate environment for fair competition, development of entrepreneurship as well as protection of consumer interests in the Republic of Armenia.
