In the scope of membership to Eurasian Economic Union (EEC) the Commission cooperates with the following departments of Competition Block

The Commission is a member of the Consultative Committee on Competition policy, Antitrust Regulation and State Price Regulation of the Competition Block.

CIS Interstate Council for Antitrust Policy was founded according to Treaty on «Implementation of the Coordinated Antimonopoly Policy».
The Commission is the member of CIS Council for Antitrust Policy, as well as the Coordination Council on Advertising of the Interstate Council on Antimonopoly Policy.
The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission is a member of International Competition Network since 2001.
The Commission participates in the activities of ICN working groups aimed at solving the existing problems in the field of international economic competition.

Energy Community was founded in October 2005. The key objective of the Energy Community is to extend the EU internal energy market rules and principles to countries in South East Europe, the Black Sea region and beyond; as well as to develop competition at regional level.
Armenia is an Observer to the Energy Community Treaty since 2011.
On April 20, 2018 the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition of RA signed a Joint Declaration on Cooperation between the Competition Authorities of the Contracting Parties and the Energy Community Secretariat on the establishment of an Energy Community Competition Network.
The Energy Community member countries are cooperating on exchange of best experience, non-confidential information, as well as creation of working groups.

In the scope of cooperation with OECD the Commission participates in working discussions, seminars, conferences, as well as OECD Global Forum on Competition.
The OECD-GVH Regional Centre for Competition in Budapest (Hungary) (“OECD RCC”) was established in 2005. The main objective of the OECD RCC is to promote competition law and policy in տhe South-East, East and Central European regions through workshops, seminars and training programs.
In the scope of cooperation with OECD RCC the staff of the Commission participates in seminars, workshops on competition for capacity building, as well as the Heads meeting of the beneficiary authorities of OECD –GVH RCC.

The «Voluntary Peer review of Competition Policy: Armenia” has been prepared in the scope of cooperation between UNCTAD and the Commission.
The Commission participates in UNCTAD regular sessions of the Intergovernmental group of experts on competition law and policy as well as working discussions.

Competition and Consumer Protection Commission of the Republic of Armenia is a member of International Consumer Protection and Enforcement network (ICPEN).
The International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network (ICPEN) is a membership organisation consisting of consumer protection law enforcement authorities from across the globe. ICPEN provides a forum for developing and maintaining regular contact between consumer protection agencies and focusing on consumer protection concerns. By encouraging cooperation between agencies ICPEN aims to enable its members to have a greater impact with their consumer laws and regulations.
ICPEN is an organisation of over 70 consumer protection law enforcement authorities, which provides a forum for regular exchanges between consumer protection agencies and encourage cross-border cooperation to provide greater consumer protection across the globe.
