The Competition Protection Commission (CPC) invites representatives of the business community and other interested stakeholders to participate in a public discussion to be held on March 12, 2024, at 11:00 AM, at the CPC office located at 4 Tigran Mets Street, 2nd floor.
The discussion will focus on new legislative regulations aimed at promoting fair trade practices between commercial networks and suppliers.
We would like to remind you that, to address several issues in the supply of goods to trading chains, new requirements for trading chains have been established through amendments and additions to the Laws “On Trade and Services” and “On Protection of Economic Competition.” These changes will come into effect on May 6, 2024.
