Gegham Gevorgyan, Chairman of the Competition Protection Commission of Armenia and Denar Biba, Chairman of the Albanian Competition Authority, signed a Memorandum on Parthership in the field of competition law enforcement and competition policy within the framework of the international conference held in Tirana.
By signing this Memorandum we reaffirm our commitment to enhancing cooperation in the areas of competition law enforcement and competition policy internationally. Such partnerships are crucial in the globalized business environment, where cross-border activities and transactions are common. By working together, we can more effectively address issues such as anti-competitive behavior, market distortions, and unfair trade practices. -noted Gegham Gevorgyan.
Within the framework of the memorandum, the competition authorities of two countries will cooperate in the exchange of information and experience, conducting sectoral studies, organizing study visits and advanced training courses for experts and other issues.
