• The Commission conducts 5 sectoral studies of food and non-food consumer goods and services each year. • The Commission conducts 100 studies to evaluate the economic competition situation. • The Commission came up with 2 legislative initiatives regarding late payments for delivered goods and regulations within the realm of discounts and other campaigns. • 56 sessions were held and 459 decisions were adopted by the Commission during 2023. • As of October 30, 2023 fines amounting about 111,867.44 thousand drams, imposed by the Commission, have been remitted to the state budget.
