Economic entities entered in the centralized register of economic entities with dominant  position are obliged to furnish to the Commission once in six months  information on their goods sold (purchased) on the given commodity market, structure of expenses and price variations (in case of price changes – with corresponding substantiations), compiled according to the forms provided by the Commission (forms 1,2,3,4).

 

In case of changing the forms of submitting information, the modified forms will be provided to the economic entities (two months prior to the deadline of submitting information).
 
Reference forms shall be completed by economic entities and submitted to the Commission for periods covering six months, prepared on monthly basis (as of July 1 of the current year and January 1 of the following year).
 
Economic entities shall submit information (since their registration in the centralized register) for periods covering six months, by August 15 and February 15, respectively.
 
Information inquiry forms differ according to the type of activities conducted by economic entities (commodity (production) sphere (forms 1,2) and sphere of services (forms 3,4)).
